To develop our platform and to ensure growth, we are looking for a

Business Development / Growth Manager (m/w) for

Full time in Berlin


  • First and foremost, you will be driving the whole product
  • Identification, evaluation and development of market and partner potential: taking care of existing partnerships and driving new ones across international markets
  • Creation, launch and optimization of campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Cooperation with affiliate networks and building advertising campaigns
  • Coordination of the product management: develop and enhance the product roadmap, execute it and hit targets
  • Project Management of all affairs regarding
  • Run and analyze tests to find the right channels for our product and to drive its development
  • Further development of strategies concerning all marketing and sales activities You are in charge of weekly and quarterly reports to the management and shareholders


  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing, Advertising, Sales and / or Business Development in the digital industry
  • You have finished your studies in business management, specialization in marketing and / or communication studies
  • You have got a deep understanding of the digital market and technical products
  • You are very data-driven, and your analytical skills are excellent
  • You have a visionary mindset, take opportunities before anybody else and you are able to evaluate these chances by entrepreneurial perspective
  • You have got exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
  • You have got proficient knowledge of the English language and ideally at least one other language - German is a plus.
  • You are not afraid of problems but rather consider them as a challenge and an opportunity to learn
